June Birthday Project: Daisy Duck - (6 / 12 / 23)

 

In 2022, I started a project-challenge-thing on Instagram where I draw six pieces to tie-in with the character-related anniversaries and birthdays going on in June. I never participate in any monthly challenges, and I wanted to encourage myself to use my traditional art supplies, so I thought it would be a fun thing to do for my birth month. :3

Here's Daisy Duck for June 20th! 🥳

Every year I give myself the option of drawing either Daisy (since I share my birthday with her voice actress, Tress MacNeille) or drawing Delpad. I kept telling myself that I was going to draw Daisy at some point, but I'm always more likely to do something with the latter.

I was on a pretty good winning streak this year with posting on time. I didn't want to risk breaking it, so, something simpler with Daisy was a lot more attainable.

Flats - Prismacolor pencils 

Shading - Digital, Clip Studio Paint (Didn't want to risk it, lol)
